Appellate Attorneys
Our appellate division, one of only five in the state, offers a rare opportunity to practice high-level appellate advocacy within Florida’s criminal justice system. Handling appeals from sixteen counties before the Second and Sixth District Courts of Appeal, our appellate attorneys brief and argue complex legal issues that help shape state law and protect constitutional rights beyond the trial level.
