Find Your Case or Court Date

You can find your case and check court dates on the clerk’s website for the county in which your case was filed:

Polk Cases

To find your Polk County case, visit the Clerk’s website and select “Case Search.” You can search for your case using either your name or your case number. The search results will display any matching cases; click the appropriate case number to open the case record. Once the case is open, select the “Court Events” tab to view your next court date.

Please note that newly scheduled court dates may not appear in the online system immediately.

Highlands Cases

To find your Highlands County case, visit the Clerk’s website and select “Public" search. You can search for your case using either your name or your case number. The search results will display any matching cases; click the appropriate case number to open the case record. Once the case is open, select the “Court Events” tab to view your next court date.

Hardee Cases

To find your Hardee County case, visit the Clerk’s website and select “Public" search. You can search for your case using either your name or your case number. The search results will display any matching cases; click the appropriate case number to open the case record. Once the case is open, select the “Court Events” tab to view your next court date.
